You can look forward to subjects that will range from tips in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to guidance on keeping your computer safe, virus-free and informing you of common Email Scams and Malicious Tricks on the Internet.

You can see when we are ONLINE ready to assist if you go look at the top right of this website and click on the Magic Lamp

If we are OFFLINE you will see an old-fashioned typewriter which you can click on to leave us a message.

We aim always to be available between 9.00am and 5.00pm Mon to Fri

However we are often available at other times of the day (Just look out for the Magic Lamp telling you our status.

We can also pre-arrange a mutually convenient time to be online for you.

Whilst the monthly computing tips are Free of Charge - the Remote Services such as Ask Your Coach and OnLine Troubleshooting are subject to charges on a pay as you go basis (£1 per minute (plus VAT))
