Thanks to All who came

Over seventy people attended the informal celebration of Easykey's new office move to Endeavour House, Stansted Airport on Thursday 17 July 2008.

The wide variety of attendees reflected the diverse range of clients who utilise Easykey's IT services - including: Local Farmers, Solicitors, Portable Buildings, Shipping, Office Supplies, Property Developers, Internet Marketing, Water Consultancy, Accountants, Counterfeit Spirits Substitution Detection, Users of Community Village websites etc...

Attendees were treated to Champagne and Canapés to the live sounds of Frank Sinatra (aka Ron Martin see www.oleblueeyes.co.uk).  Paul Rogger of JRTech won the prize draw and is deciding between one year membership of the Stansted Airport Chamber of Commerce or 2 hours onsite Consultancy from Easykey.

Denis O'Regan (Director of Easykey) particularly wanted to thank people for coming, acknowleding the kind wishes and gifts, and the great welcome and professional 'behind-the-scenes' organisation provided by Leanna, Becky and Jeasmin of United Business Centres at Endeavour House.

On Monday 18 February Denis O'Regan presented a tour of the new website built by Easykey for the Stansted Airport Chamber of Commerce at www.stanstedairportchamber.com

Held at the restaurant called Anton's situated in Great Hallingbury Manor, Denis presented to over 50 members of the chamber and interested visitors.

The restaurant generously presented a sumptious spread of food and drink that impressed attendees.

Companies Act 2006 - Changes to Company Identification Procedures

As of 1 January 2007, all companies must now include the following details on all of their company websites, electronic communications (including emails) and order forms (whether electronic or not):

• Place of company registration (e.g. England and Wales)
• Company registration number
• Address of registered office
• Legal status (e.g. limited company or limited liability partnerships)

• If appropriate, the fact that the company has or is about to cease trading

So what should you do?

• Ensure that all emails sent from your company include these details in the footer (or signature)
• Make sure that there is at least one clear page on your website with this information
