This is a guide on how to publish a new article on your Joomla website

Tip: click the print button at the top right of this article to load printer-friendly version and then click the button again in the pop-up to print and keep

1. Login - Go to www.youreasykeycmssite.com/administrator Login with your username and password

2. Click on the Add New Article icon

3. Title Type a short title (up to around 6 words) e.g. News from March 2009

4. Section Select the appropriate section (click on pull down list and choose a Section)

5. Category Select the appropriate category (click on pull down list and choose)

6. Content Just type the content in the big white box.

7. (Optional) Insert a Read More link. If your article is long click at the end of the first paragraph and then click the Insert Read More button A grey line should appear. What this does affects the blog layout. When a visitor views a blog layout (a layout of one or more articles in a Category or Section) only the Title and text above the Read More link will be displayed. The visitor clicks the Read More link to view to entire article)

8. Save it - by clicking the button top right - That's it!
